Check the lubrication condition:

Apply ZG-3 grease to the steel wire rope pulley once every quarter.

Apply an appropriate amount of ZG-3 grease to the steel wire rope every month.

Check the lubrication condition of the guide rail, lubricate if necessary, and check if the guide rail rubber block is damaged.

Check all connecting mechanisms and transmission systems, and lubricate them.

Check safety devices:

Before use, ensure that the self-locking plate can enter the locking square hole normally, and manual safety must be fully inserted into the locking square hole before use.

Remove surrounding obstacles before lifting, and no one should stand on either side or below.

Pay attention to whether the left and right safety teeth are completely disengaged when descending, and closely observe whether the left and right are synchronized.

Check all rotating shafts and add oil to the oil pot every week to ensure smooth rotation.

Check the wear, interference, and damage of moving parts, and ensure that the insurance is working properly.

Check other components:

Check all pipeline joints, bolts, and pins to ensure good connection status, and clean the dust on the sliding parts of the lift.

Check if the exposed cables are intact and if the equipment buttons and switches are functioning properly.

Precautions for use:

When the equipment is not used for a long time or overnight, it should be lowered to the lowest position and driven away, then the power should be cut off.

If the main and auxiliary platforms are found to be unbalanced, they should be immediately stopped from use and can only work normally after being leveled again.

Record and maintenance cycle:

Regular maintenance should be carried out, specifically daily maintenance every week, weekly maintenance every month, and monthly maintenance every year, and the maintenance date and content should be recorded.
